
Community Outreach Specialist and Strategic Partnerships Lead
Gianna brings 20 years of combined experience in communications, AEC marketing, and business development to support HML’s outreach efforts on key transportation and resilience projects across South Florida. She offers expert knowledge of FDOT District 6 policies and procedures from her recent work leading public engagement on more than 20 active construction projects, including bridge rehabilitations, roadway capacity improvements, and pedestrian safety enhancements. At HML, she will help keep communities informed and engaged through bilingual outreach, pop-up events, and public meetings tailored to each project’s needs.
Gianna’s background in AEC marketing includes developing proposals, coordinating pursuit strategies, and producing branded materials to communicate complex technical qualifications. She now applies that expertise at HML, identifying strategic teaming opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining essential marketing collateral to support the firm’s continued growth.
